We always strive to get the product to you as soon as possible however during busy periods please allow 1-2 day dispatch and processing time. We are happy to provide free shipping for all of our customers and tracked express shipping with FedEx if selected.

Returns & Exchanges
For exchanges please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will offer you either a store credit or exchange for the same item in a different size (if available) we cannot make an exchange for a different item.
As long as it is bought from our store, in original packaging and unworn within 30 days of purchasing. Please allow up to 28 days for your store credit / exchange to be processed.
We only offer refunds for lost, damaged or defective items. Providing our shipping provider has confirmed the item has not been delivered as stated and is unable to be located.
